NIGHT WALL MURAL | City Square, corner of Swanston Street and Collins Street.

Melbourne is known for its “street art”. Walk along Swanston Street and you will see a varying display of creative work being done live or late at night so it makes it out to be a nice surprise. From graffiti walls just off Bourke Street and Flinders Street, chalk paintings on the ground, yarn bombs and even the artisian craft of metal jewelry making, there are lots happening only if you notice. However on the night I happen to go out for a 21st, after parking the car and heading to the venue, I walk by this night wall mural. By day, usually it’s just a white wall but someone must have created it over the past few days, as I haven’t noticed it before. I believe the wording is out of the bible and it has probably to do something with Christmas. Whether or not you’re a firm believer in the lord, I don’t think you could turn away from this mural as it magnificently glows. It makes Melbourne that more significenalty special.
